Have you ever meet any sad person ? or a type of person who always talk about sadness . yes here are many persons which always talks about sadness , they always tell " how poor I am " , or "My things are not good " , or "Nothing is good " , or " Condition will not be better " . Whenever you meet that types of persons they tell and you also feel nervousness about life . But whenever you meets a persons who always smiles , give respect to you . and always tell "All right " , or "All things are better than past " , I am happy " , or "condition will be better " . That means a positive person have hope .

Hope
hope means a ray which show you a direction of way in darkness , however this do not show you way , it only show you direction . Here is Quote of Emily Dickinson -

What is Positivity

Positivity

According to Maths Positive is + and Negative is - . Positive means adding goodness, richness to life . Negative means remove goodness and richness from life . Everyone needs positive thoughts , to gain success and glory but negative thoughts are more powerful than positive thoughts . Think We don't live always in negative thoughts , it is temporary but negative thoughts are so powerful , our all positive sense stop working when any negative thoughts come in mind .

Positive
- We always looks at some people , always says , "I believe all things are better than past , I am happy" , however nobody claim that he is happy , because there is no Calculator to count happiness . Can you say once "I believe , I am happy" no , why ? because nobody is complete , every one have lack , We want to remove our lacks but if could not remove lacks it becomes negative and you says "I believe , every thing is not good" . Like every persons needs money , respect , better living condition , reputation but whenever obstacles comes in they way of these basic needs we gets tensions. This starts negativity , however it is temporary . Meditation can help us to fetch positiveness from conditions. I will tell you later how to be positive in life through meditation.

Meditation is ' Dhyana ' in Yogic philosophical terms . Meditation in short way , keep concentration on one thing , but in big way it is more than concentrating . A proper meditation is that where all thought stopped and only consciousness remains . Yoga has The Eight Limbs are -
  1. Yama (The five "abstentions"): non-violence, non-lying, non-covetousness, non-sensuality, and non-possessiveness.
  2. Niyama (The five "observances"): purity, contentment, austerity, study, and surrender to god .
  3. Asana: Literally means "seat", and in Patanjali's Sutras refers to the seated position used for meditation.
  4. Pranayama ("Suspending Breath"): Prāna, breath, "āyāma", to restrain or stop. Also interpreted as control of the life force.
  5. Pratyahara ("Abstraction"): Withdrawal of the sense organs from external objects.
  6. Dharana ("Concentration"): Fixing the attention on a single object.
  7. Dhyana ("Meditation"): Intense contemplation of the nature of the object of meditation.
  8. Samādhi ("Liberation"): merging consciousness with the object of meditation
